The Priorat is a small region located 140 kilometers south of Barcelona. Famous for its red wine coming from the Grenache and Carignan old vines standing on top of the licorella black slate hills. Small-group Priorat wine tour from 220€
Embark on a full-day journey from Barcelona to the Priorat on a group tour of a maximum of 8 people per group. The tour begins with a morning pick-up from your accommodation, followed by a two-hour drive to the first destination, Sangenís i Vaqué, a family-run winery located in Porrera. What is special about this winery is that the owners will guide you through their winery and will let you taste some old vintages, something scarce in Priorat.
The tour will follow up to Gratallops and to the Devinssi estate, where you will have a wine tasting with astonishing views of the terraced vineyards. After the second tasting, lunch will be served at Clos Figueras, featuring a three-course meal paired with selected wines. All in all, this is a great tour to introduce yourself to the Priorat wines in an easy way, returning back to Barcelona at around 6 PM.
