Unbelievable special full day experience with Ivan from Wino Tours. Very highly recommended tour. I had booked a private tour with Ivan where I chose my wineries to visit & restaurant of my choice for lunch. We visited Ronadelles, Mas Doix & Perinet bodegas. All wineries are top notch, and if you are lucky enough, you’ll have the chance to witness harvest, sorting & start of fermentation process of the grapes. The best part of my experience was the private barrel tasting at Perinet, where you sample wines from different vintages. Whether you are a wine professional like me, a wine connoisseur, or just enjoy visiting wineries, then this is the perfect tour for you ! My husband I had a fabulous day with Ivan. He is a genuinely nice guy and made us feel super comfortable immediately. The three wineries we visited were very different and we learned something new at each one. The wines were lovely and lunch in the vineyard was the icing on the cake! I wish I had some now! At the last stop, we sampled different types of chocolates to pair with different wines which truly was a wonderful way to end the day. Penedès is an amazing region and Ivan is a wonderful guide! A hundred out of a hundred stars!

I am in the wine industry and was in Barcelona on business. I had one day on my own to explore one of my favorite wine regions – Priorat. Ivan had come recommended to me by another wine professional and his tour did not disappoint! As someone who is knowledgeable about wine, I was looking for a more special experience and Ivan delivered! He organized visits to 3 amazing wineries where I had an opportunity to meet with incredible owners and winemakers, get driven into the vineyards for tours, experience some very special hard to find wines, explore several of the amazing tiny towns dotted throughout Priorat, and have a stunning lunch at a Michelin starred restaurant – all in one day!!! I can’t recommend Ivan and Wino Tours enough. Ivan was friendly, personable, fun to hang out with for a day, and went above and beyond to organize my transfers to/from Priorat and put together a phenomenal itinerary. I would book another tour with him in a heartbeat!
