Giró del Gorner is a small family winery with a long winemaking tradition. Now it is Marta and Jaume who work in the cellar until their children take over. As they have been doing for centuries. It should be noted that they take care of the entire winemaking process, allowing them to achieve excellence with their wines.

Martha was an excellent host! She was friendly, kind and generous. She explained the wine-making process with clarity and entertained our questions. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the informative tour of the winery.
After the winery tour, we were given three full glasses of wine as part of the wine tasting experience. We had a choice between (1) red wine, white wine and cava, and (2) three different types of cava. All three glasses were excellent.
The wine tasting was coupled with a hearty lunch with generous portions. The ingredients were all organic. My friends and I loved the tomato bread in particular!
The lunch and wine tasting took place by the vineyards, where we could admire the scenery and play with Martha’s dog (which was really friendly ❤️)! Even though it was winter (we visited on 6 Jan), the weather was perfect and we took many lovely pictures.
We would like to thank Martha for giving us this memorable experience, and for hosting us even though it was a public holiday. We would also like to thank Ivan from Wino Tours for linking us up with this winery, and for patiently answering all our questions. I would certainly visit this winery with wino tours again!

Una vez más, la experiencia de reserva de una actividad mediante WinoTours ha sido buena y rápida! La visita a la bodega Giró del Gorner nos encantó. Preciosa ubicación, vistas, buenos cavas. Aunque algo rápida, muy buena, clara y amable explicación sobre la bodega y proceso de preparación del cava y vino, por parte de Marta. Pudimos quedarnos tranquilamente disfrutando de las visitas todo el rato que quisimos.
Fui con unos amigos holandeses y les encantó también.

If you’re looking for an authentic authentic winery, Giró del Gorner is the place. We went for a beautiful birthday picknick, including a tour through the cellar and a wine tasting. The location is amazing and quiet, a perfect escape from the hustle’n bustle of Barcelona. We were attended by Marta who is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and speaks English as well. I can highly recommend the winery and we’ll definitely be back!
