Visita una pequeña bodega de cava
En la primera bodega, un simpático guía te enseñará la elaboración del cava en el Penedès, y los viajeros curiosos descubrirán cómo se elabora el cava en una bodega boutique. El aprendizaje se presenta en un ambiente sencillo y sin tecnicismos, lo que lo hace accesible para todos. Para que la experiencia sea realmente auténtica, la visita incluye una demostración del degüelle manual y otras técnicas tradicionales, que te permitirán ver de primera mano el trabajo artesanal que hay detrás de cada botella. La visita concluye con una cata de cava en un ambiente agradable y relajado, donde podrás disfrutar de diferentes añadas, desde el joven “Cava de Guarda” hasta el “Gran Reserva” de larga crianza.

La última parada de nuestro viaje nos lleva a una bodega orgánica y biodinámica situada en una antigua y hermosa granja. Tu guía te llevará por el interior de esta bodega histórica, compartiendo la herencia de sus familias fundadoras y su compromiso pionero con la viticultura sostenible. Aquí disfrutarás de una cata especializada en la que se comparan dos estilos distintos de vino espumoso: un Cava tradicional y un ancestral Pet-Nat (Pétillant Naturel). Esta parada es una oportunidad perfecta para descubrir botellas premiadas que incluso puedes exportar a EE.UU. o Canadá para disfrutarlas en casa.

FAQ'S sobre este tour del cava
Aunque se trata de un Tour del Cava, degustaremos principalmente vino espumoso, y en el almuerzo se servirá vino tinto y blanco. Informa a tu guía si eres aficionado al vino tranquilo; él se encargará de organizar la cata en la segunda bodega.
Nuestro circuito para grupos pequeños sigue un itinerario cuidadosamente seleccionado. Sólo se hacen cambios en contadas ocasiones, como cuando los clientes que vuelven solicitan bodegas diferentes. Las visitas privadas, sin embargo, son totalmente personalizables y se diseñan a la carta.
Estamos encantados de acomodar restricciones vegetarianas, sin gluten y otras restricciones dietéticas en todos nuestros recorridos. Infórmanos de cualquier necesidad específica al hacer la reserva rellenando la sección “¿Tienes alguna restricción dietética?”.

En el Tour del Cava sólo recogemos dentro de la ciudad de Barcelona. La recogida será lo más cerca posible de tu hotel. Sin embargo, en algunos casos, podemos pedirte que camines de 10 a 15 minutos hasta un lugar de recogida cercano para ayudar a agilizar el horario de nuestro guía. Agradecemos sinceramente tu comprensión.
Como el tamaño de nuestros grupos es limitado, recomendamos encarecidamente reservar con antelación. Si no estás seguro de la fecha de tu excursión, puedes asegurar tu plaza con un depósito del 25% y pagar el resto el día antes de la excursión. Nuestra flexible política de cancelación está diseñada para dar prioridad a tu comodidad y flexibilidad.
Tanto la Visita Privada como la Visita para Grupos Pequeños tienen la misma política de cancelación: te permiten cancelar la visita más de 24 horas antes de su inicio y recibir un reembolso completo. Si la cancelación se realiza con menos de 24 horas de antelación, no se efectuará ningún reembolso.
La edad legal para consumir bebidas alcohólicas en España es de 18 años.
Para preservar la tranquilidad del grupo, sólo se admiten niños menores de 12 años en las visitas privadas. Los recorridos en grupos pequeños son sólo para adultos y excepcionalmente aceptamos niños de 12 años o más.
- Alertas rojas: Las visitas sólo se cancelan si se emite una Alerta Roja (muy improbable).
- Alertas Amarilla y Naranja: Extremaremos la precaución y vigilaremos de cerca las condiciones de estos niveles de alerta, aunque las visitas suelen continuar según lo previsto debido a la capacidad interior de nuestros socios.
- Tiempo normal: Las visitas no se cancelan por la lluvia o el viento típicos, ya que todas las experiencias de degustación pueden trasladarse a cómodos espacios interiores.

Ivan picked up our large group of 8 up as scheduled for our trip to the Cava winery for lunch. He picked a lovely small family run Cava winery, Giro de Gorner. The tour, lunch and Cava were amazing, as was Marta who gave us the cellar tour. After lunch, we proceeded to Tarragona for a tour of the town, its Roman ruins and Medieval architecture. We could not have planned a better day. It was truly lovely and Ivan was family by the end of our time in Barcelona.

This was one of the best experiences we had in Catalonia. Guided by Joan, a knowledgeable and friendly sommelier, we visited three family-run wineries, each offering something unique.
The first stop, led by Santiago, gave us a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the entire Cava production process. The second winery treated us to a fantastic brunch with both still and sparkling wines. The final stop focused exclusively on Cava and featured a delicious artisanal chocolate pairing.
