This is an opportunity to visit the oldest winery in Priorat. Its history is closely linked to the Carthusian monastery of Scala Dei, the oldest in Spain. The winery is located in the former house of the procurator whose purpose was to manage the monastery’s lands. Already then they made the wine of the Charterhouse. In what is still today the barrel room of the winery, an old room from the 15th century. The tasting room is located in an old 19th-century farmhouse. The tour includes a visit to both rooms, with an explanation of the history of the winery and the Priorat. A history closely linked to the Charterhouse of Scala Dei. The visit also includes a tasting of 4 wines.

Muy interesante todo lo que nos enseñaron, con una explicación muy completa. La visita a la bodega mas antigua de priorato llena de Barriles en donde maduran los vinos es muy autentica. Y para terminar una cata de vinos de la bodega para entender mejor este maravilloso mundo del vino.
