On this visit you will discover the most intimate part of the Ronadelles Winery, stepping on one of the most emblematic vineyards of the Giral family and enjoying the most authentic vintages in the region.
The tasting of wines made with grapes from centuries-old vineyards will take place in the basement of one of our rooms, where we age the Jaume Giral range, the only Reserve in the DO Montsant and the only Grand Reserve in all of Priorat. The wines you will taste are made with grapes from the oldest vineyards of the Giral family, grapes harvested by hand and selected on the vine. Artisan wines, fermented with their own yeast and vinified by hand as our grandparents did.
At the end of the tasting, the guide will accompany you to the Quatre Molins Restaurant. The meal includes:
Selection of hot and cold appetizers Rafel Múria
Sea bream carpaccio with lemon and chives
Cod with vierge sauce and basil emulsion
Sticky toffee, mango, banana and passion fruit
Bread, water, coffees and petits fours (dishes may vary depending on the season)
The Quatre restaurant Molins is the food and wine space promoted by the viticulturist Jaume Giral from Cornwall and led by the young chef Rafel Múria, made up of a team of people passionate about the culture of wine, quality gastronomy and local products, and notable for the creativity of the
his signature cuisine. Today Quatre Molins is the only restaurant with a Michelin Star in the Priorat region, and offers a wine list only with wineries from the Montsant Designation of Origin and Priorat Qualified Designation of Origin.
It starts at 11:00 a.m. at the entrance of the Bodega Ronadelles and ends at approximately 4:00 p.m. at the Quatre Molins Restaurant.

- Walk through the vineyards near the winery, with an explanation by a professional winemaker.
- Guided visit to the breeding rooms located in an old house in the village of Cornudella.
- Guided tasting of 4 wines from the Ronadelles winery. Long-aged wines.
- Lunch at the Quatre Molins Restaurant.
- Wine on the menu (except weekends)
On weekends, we offer the classic visit to Ronadelles and include wine on the menu.
