Gratallops – Scaladei
- Clos del Obac: Fundado por uno de los pioneros que transformaron el Priorat en la década de 1980. Sus prestigiosos vinos reflejan el estilo clásico de la región: robustos, con cuerpo y elaborados con variedades de uva locales e internacionales.
- Clos Figueras es una encantadora bodega boutique de Gratallops que produce vinos elegantes y de terruño. Disfruta de un almuerzo gourmet de tres platos perfectamente maridado con sus mejores selecciones.
- Scaladei: El origen del Priorato. Gracias al terruño rico en arcilla, sus vinos tienden a ser más suaves. Son especialmente conocidos por sus vinos de Garnacha y ofrecen una degustación de sus etiquetas más selectas.
- Paradas complementarias:
- Mas Igneus: La primera bodega ecológica certificada del Priorat, situada entre impresionantes paisajes naturales. Saborea una relajada cata de vinos con vistas a los viñedos.
- Restaurante Amics: Come en un restaurante de cocina de autor de la bodega Buil I Gine, que tiene unas vistas impresionantes y una larga lista de vinos.
Poboleda – Scaladei
- Mas Doix: Es una bodega moderna con unas vistas asombrosas. Produce dos vinos excepcionales a partir de cepas centenarias: 1902 y 1903. El primero, 1902, ostenta la distinguida clasificación de Gran Viña Clasificada (GVQ).
- Brot’s es un restaurante íntimo de Poboleda, dirigido por un chef, que ofrece menús degustación creativos y mezcla ingredientes locales con cocina moderna. Déjate sorprender con cada plato cuidadosamente elaborado

Porrera – Gratallops
- Vall Llach: Fundada por el cantante Lluís Llach, esta bodega nació de un fuerte compromiso social para mejorar las condiciones de vida de los trabajadores locales del campo. Produce vinos de gran calidad, entre ellos Mas de la Rosa, que también está reconocido como vino GVQ.

Starting with a tour of Scala Dei we tasted some exceptional wines from the historic winery along with some single varieties to get a real sense of the magic of Priorat. Ivan had come recommended to me by another wine professional and his tour did not disappoint! He organized visits to 3 amazing wineries where I had an opportunity to meet with incredible owners and winemakers, get driven into the vineyards for tours, experience some very special hard to find wines, explore several of the amazing tiny towns dotted throughout Priorat, and have a stunning lunch at a Michelin starred restaurant – all in one day!!!
