The visit begins outside, in the vineyards that surround the winery, where the wine history of the Empordà, our history and the vineyards are explained. Then we will enter inside where we will see the grape entry area, production area, its operation and bottling. We will also explain our way of working, philosophy and objectives. We will finish with a unique and different tasting, staying in the barrel room itself, with a mixture of lights, music and images with colors, aromas and tastes of the wine. This sensory tasting in the barrel room includes the tasting of 3 oils with toast and 7 wines.
Eno-historical visit with tasting of 5 wines and 3 oils (2.5-3h approx):
One of the Vineyards had been a Republican airfield during the Civil War. This visit begins in the winery, where a short introduction of what we are going to see is made. Immediately after, you go by car to see the vineyard, entering a well-preserved period shelter and post-war bunker. Once back in the cellar, we see the barrel room and finish with a guided tasting of 5 wines and 3 oils.
To go to the bunkers it is necessary to go in your own car, the road is accessible by any type of vehicle.
It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
