Description of the experience
The barrel tasting experience with wine pairing takes place at the beautiful Perinet winery. An avant-garde building, in the middle of the vineyards in the northernmost part of the DOQ Priorat. An imposing landscape, which you will visit and enjoy. The sommelier will guide you and explain the unique qualities of Priorat.
After the walk through the vineyards, you will continue with a winery tour, where you will learn the essential steps in winemaking. In the barrel room, a beautiful space inspired by Gaudí, you will taste the wines directly from the barrel. Having the opportunity to taste the native varieties of Priorat, such as Cariñena and Garnacha, and some others. Recognizing the changes between vintages, soil, and sun orientation.
This experience ends with a pairing of 4 wines of your choice. Along with a selection of cheese, cured meats, dried fruits, and other wonders that the winery will make available. To ensure that this is a unique and unrepeatable experience.

Un hallazgo muy interesante, fuimos a descubrir el priorat con familiares venidos desde Uruguay y la verdad que con la ayuda de Anastasia ( la guia) y la infraestructura de las bodegas perinet, fue una experiencias , de enoturismo de las mejores que hemos hecho. Comentario aparte la practicidad y trasparencia de Ivan que nos guio y nos hizo todo mas facil . Un dia redondo . Lo recomiendo a todo y seguro repetiremos.
